I pushed myself harder physically, perhaps too much. On several occasions I didn't take the time to read the map in detail or slow down and look around with my head up near control circles.
So the extra effort didn't translate to smooth control flow and I ended up losing some time.

The sprint training was a bit stop start as most of the gates were locked. The grass was also wet and muddy, making it much more slippery than MSW earlier this year.
