We did a reverse score-o. When you get to a control you take a piece of paper with a number and the earlier you get there relative to everyone else the more points you get. I won with 119 points despite taking the longest, because someone took two sheets of paper (meaning the second to last person took the whole pad of paper). The scoring was 20, 15, 10, 7, 5, 4.
