Not really sure what to do about my ankle so decided to just walk this. Walked most of it apart from a couple of bit where I just wanted to run...so did. Didn't feel too bad when I did.

Anyway nav was all clean and did some compass and map memory stuff etc to keep me entertained whilst I walked which all went well

Really easy and slow run round Whinlatter just trying to nurse my ankle back to health.
Was feeling much better than yesterday but could still feel it quite a bit. Will just keep taking each day as it comes depending on how my ankle feels and hopefully it'll be alright for next weekend!

JK 2018 - Relay - 1st on leg - 3rd team W48-

Not pushing hard today, just keeping it nice and steady as didn't want to hurt the ankle anymore. Was quite sore at the beginning but the pain eased off as I got running a bit more.

Nav was all pretty clean, good route choices, smooth through the controls. Only slightly high on #10 but realised pretty quickly. Happy that I was still 1st back despite not running quickly.

At least a couple of days resting the ankle not putting too much pressure on it to see if it gets better (fingers crossed!)
