Steady longer run with dad up the hay and into Setmurphy and along the river and back home.

Was just going to see how I felt as to how far I did but running and being in the fresh air was making me feel better so just carried on and did the whole loop. Was really nice and I enjoyed in very much :)

Keswick A.C.- 8* 2 mins hill reps up the back of Latrigg. Was very slippy and icy! And almost managed all the way with out falling over. :) Was good fun and legs were feeling nice and strong.
