A slow jog with Phoebe in the crisp frosty air of the morning. I felt good but so tired and sleepy afterwards.

Gym (RPM) 45:00 [3]

In this cold weather, a gym session seems like an appropriate way to get back into training. I struggled massively half way, but sweated out the funk and came good in the end.
