Leg 1 of our Strong Machine: Mainers Virtual Nationals. With Cliff and Evan, on a course Evan designed around Bethel. Mostly forest roads of variable quality, some hike-a-bike, and our first 4 geocaches. Those are “fun”. Feeling my loss of bike fitness but the beautiful day and good company helped me through. #weARtogether

Paddle 2:17:21 [3] 3.84 mi (35:46 / mi)

Leg 2 packraft across North, Round, and South Ponds in Greenwood at sunset. Leisurely pace, extra time spent on tricky geocache.

Hike 4:20:44 [3] 6.13 mi (42:32 / mi) +1529ft 34:25 / mi

Leg 3 bushwack up the backside of Mt Abram and in search of a few features that definitely felt anti-climactic when we found them. I miss seeing the friendly flag in the forest. Thick woods in the dark made for some VERY slow moving.

A very fun day overall! Not the same as the real deal but it was great to get outside with friends.
