Mose and I needed a run. 45F and sunny already despite heading out early. Trails a mix of ice with a little water on top or varying degrees of slush. Didn’t feel great but I ran in a t shirt so that was nice.

2 sets of 10x20 second sprints with 40sec recoveries. Ran on a paved trail to avoid mushy woods trails from the recent snow/thaw but unfortunately the path was super icy as the snow melt re-froze with the sun setting. Had to jump into the untracked snow on the side quite a bit to avoid killing myself. Getting sick of winter running!!
