Part 2.

I had a 3 hour run planned for today but work schedule did not permit a full 3-hour block... so I split it into two. Was worried about keeping momentum from the morning when I went back out tonight, but legs warmed back up after about a mile and I ended up feeling really great. Evening run was all trails with lots of roots and rocks, and MUD PUDDLES.
