8x2 fartleks. Path overlooking the hospital where I gave birth, gave me extra motivation. Shin splints acting up the first mile then settled in. Felt good overall.

5x8 minute hike ups, run down. Rest of the time steady endurance pace. Trails fully snow-covered with some segments nice and runable where the snowmobiles had gone through, the rest a little treacherous with hard and uneven terrain. Fun to be out with StrongMachine and Mose the Dog while grandparents provided baby care.
