Family hike up (very) Pleasant Mountain and along the ridge for a bit til we got waylaid in a big blueberry patch. A good test of the baby’s backpack endurance and nice to log some vertical before Untamed (courtesy @Kateness)

Set a new PR at 18:09 for the 5K...on the treadmill. Maybe I was just really thrilled to be working out in the nice, cold gym, but I think I could go 30 secs to 1 minute faster.

Another quick outing, headed out around Little Diamond. Low tide required an impromptu portage.

Quick hit trying to nab some Strava segments CRs around the West End. Did approximately 6 sprints of 0.5 mile to 1 mile in length, with rest breaks in between.
