JK Long- Calf worst of all days but new If I set off slowly and worked into it it might be ok. Started perfectly and head was there then wanted to ramp up the pace when I felt confident and a dodgy bit of compass put the downward spiral in motion. 3/3 terrible runs.

JK Middle- Pain from the start but again got on with it. On the way to 3 very certain there was a gully and Long strip of Veg not marked on the map so faffed about for 1:30 figuring out where this was on the map. After that was fairly standard until making another parallel error of 20s at 12 where Ali caught me. Raz to the finish taking quite a few different route choices.

JK sprint- Banged the paracetamol and went. Not much of a problem with the stomach acid but allot of fast dead running just aggravated the calf. Rip.

Grass meadows with Max & Thomas. Very bad pain in calf meant this was a limp. Going to run through it this weekend then think about something longer term after.
