Trot around Chestnut Ridge. Kept the pace very easy. Legs felt pretty good - definitely better than expected! There were tons of people out walking on the roads.

We were in Buffalo for a wedding and there happened to be an orienteering meet the same day! SO much fun :) It’s been a while since we’ve been orienteering. This was a fantastic way to restart. The map was great and the course was an appropriate length for my current fitness (4.1km). My navigation was a little rusty, but I think it will come back quickly.
