Adventure at Mingo Creek! Kevin drew up a long o course with a mix of trail and off trail sections. 50F and sunny made for an awesome day in the woods :) We decided that Mingo is not the place to go for any sort of fast paced running. Most of the trails are in rough shape, either very soft/muddy or somewhat (some entirely) overgrown with thorns. The white woods are nice, but there are lots of steep hills and those small areas of nice woods are surrounded by walls of thorns. I still had lots of fun.

Run 36:21 [3] 4.06 mi (8:57 / mi) +39m 8:42 / mi

Just about fully recovered from my cold. Woot. Legs took a while to come around, but felt quite good after a couple of miles. 2 mile tempo. Splits: 8:27, 8:20.

It's been a while since I've run from work. Nice to get out in the daylight on a week night.

Climbing 45:00 [3]

Climbed about half of the V2-4 routes at the gym. Originally planned to do all of them (minus ones with dynos), but quickly realized I didn't have enough energy.
3 PM

Bike - Stationary 45:43 intensity: (26 @1) + (7:09 @2) + (37:25 @3) + (43 @4)
ahr:143 max:158

Feeling mostly better, but energy levels are still pretty low. Easy spin on the trainer. 4x3min moderate to keep it interesting.
