Rode to the end of the Westland branch and back. This was the first time I had gone down that fork. First part was a little sketch, but the second half was really nice. Basically up and down a big hill...on par with all biking in Pittsburgh. Felt much better than last weekend.

Easy long run on the trail. Such a nice day - first time in a long time with low humidity. Legs felt good, stomach was fine. Good run.

There are less people on the trail in this direction, but we do have to go on roads for a stretch. Already that time of year where we need to put lights on our bikes.

In the rain. I thought I might stay dry as it wasn't raining when I started, but 5 min in it started raining pretty hard.
