warm up jog, 5 controls on the map at trail junctions. a good way to get into the map especially when its so tiny

3 sets of intervals. Syd went out first and I left ~45 sec after to push her from behind. The first set didnt go so well for me, and I thought it was kind of a dumb exercise, but the second two sets went much better and I started to understand the potential benefits. Legs were pretty tired, not sure why.

Shoes gave me an arch blister, so this was a little painful. Knees also didn't feel great, but it wasn't the bad pain.

Finally starting to get nice out. I think the cold wearther had me down more than I realized, because I actually felt like being out running today. Legs felt surprisingly good.
