3 sets of intervals. Syd went out first and I left ~45 sec after to push her from behind. The first set didnt go so well for me, and I thought it was kind of a dumb exercise, but the second two sets went much better and I started to understand the potential benefits. Legs were pretty tired, not sure why.

Syd designed a short corridor O. Was going okay until I took a hard fall, then I just kind of walked it in. I think I stayed in the corridor almost the entire time.
