Fun sprint around newcastle uni. No big mistakes just a few silly route choices and very slow at the end.

Middle distance NOL at Newcastle - terrible and lots of mistakes. I gave up a bit after the spectator control. Glad I'm running short tomorrow.

Evening body pump with Jose and ghenni. It was a really good version I hadn't done before- liked it.

Jog around the ridges with Jose after watching 10mila with mum and dad. Icy afternoon but very glad we went out - got to see the most magnificent moon rise over mt ainlsie.
