Mona fartlek at the lake with a jog recovery not a float. Loosened up a bit after the first couple but started to find it hard work during the 1mins, which was not helped by turning back into a headwind. Was slowing down in the 30s efforts and pulled the pin during the 15s when I started coughing. Slower and harder work than it should have been. The longevity of this cold is really p@#$ing me off. Will rest up the next couple of days while I'm away with Megan and hopefully next week I'll be back to normal.

Jog along the lake shore. Nice to be outside and mostly felt alright except for the couple of times I had to stop to cough a lot.
