Easy terrain jog + hill bounding. Proper Achilles pain this morning (2) - was half expecting this, I knew hill sprinting would be a little more challenging for it.

Jog over to Lennox Park, did a lap and back. Windy. Did some hill bounding but gave it away as left achilles was sore during it; I think it's back-nerve stuff.

Easy jog around the NMA. Legs really heavy to begin but warmed up by the end. Achilles is sore laterally but my left foot, which was quite sore yesterday evening, was okay.
