Stromlo. Back on my bike. Some familiar loops and then a new climb up Wattle Happen and Blackberry. Took it a bit easier and tried to focus on some skills. Rode a few little rock ramps which were fun.

Note

It was week today since I started on the nightly Voltaren/Hirudoid wraps and I've basically been pain free for day to day activities since including the tell-tale first steps out of bed. Went out for short lap of the oval just now and I couldn't help myself: I did a little jogging test, just 100m or so .. and ... it was awesome :) That pain at the commencement of running has been such a killer in the last few months and it was simply gone! In another week I'll see how it handles 15-20min.

Still no pain. But physio Cathy still says 2 weeks rest. Grumble grumble.
