Another easy jog. Still some soreness in the Achilles but it was feeling freed up.

Back to the physio. Downward trend in Achilles is likely the range of motion decreasing again because I didn't get to build the mobilisation device until Monday. Need to keep monitoring the range of motion.

Calves. Built the ankle mobilisation device prescribed by the physio tonight and gave it a workout. Achilles was a bit sore today but felt okay during the strength and mobilisation.
