Long run from the Anderson's with the biggest long run group in ages. My legs got pretty tired on the hills but was happy with it generally. Had a usually awesome breakfast at the Anderson's with a serve of cereal with fruit and yoghurt, and then two serves of scrambled eggs with bacon and roast tomatoes on toast. Mmmmm.

Tempo loop around Chapel Hill. Not the most energetic I've ever felt and struggled to keep my pace up in the last km or so.
