Not-a-long-run run from Anna's with James. James didn't seem keen to stop at any point and wait for the ladies - I think waiting for me at the top of the hills was as much as he could bear - and I had to get back early so we just kept moving. It was easy run aerobically but my glutes were sore from the gym on Thu and they were useless on the hills so physically it was a bit of a struggle. Skipped breakie for a hectic day of cleaning up the house and preparing for the sixth birthday.

Note

I visited the physio today. She thinks that my sore foot will clear up with a little work and hamstring is probably just a catchy nerve in the hammy itself and not back related. Further investigation next week.

Plod around Coot-tha. Calves a bit tight from the Mousdash. Time to build up some volume again. Also need to think about January training camps ... I'd love to go to one or both but I'm not sure whether it's possible, how happy my other half will be, or whether I want to give up so much family time. Priorities, priorities ...
