A few intervals at the Stromlo x-country track. My legs were feeling weary and I wasn't feeling terribly enthusiastic but Dad seemed keen so I dragged myself around but was fairly slow.

Run from my parents' place over Mt Stromlo and back. It was early and there were only a couple of cyclists around so mostly stuck to the single tracks. Good fun.

After some breaky, headed out for a lap of the lake with Dad and my sister - the first time the three of us have ridden bikes together since I was learning to ride a bike! It was a fun, cruisy ride. We meet Mum, Megan and the the little monster at Pork Barrel for a coffee and a snack before riding home.
At Civic Pool with Megan. Did 1 full lap of breastroke and 1 of backstroke. Then 8 laps of walking approx. half and swimming the other half, the last two with Megan's new hand paddles on. Shoulders were stuffed at the end but it helped to relax a few little aches from yesterday's run.

Easy run through West Stromlo (aka Stony Creek aka Arachnicopia) with Dad. Beautiful morning and no-one out except us and the kangaroos. Calves got a bit tight.
