A final long run from Clive's place in Toowong with Clive, Mat, Wendy and Clare. A very pleasant social run today with nobody keen to run fast or far. Poor Mat was still recovering from his bout of gastro in NT and sweated himself half to death somewhere on the summit road. Nice coffee and fruit toast at Clive's where we were joined by Anna and Lance.

I haven't done my achilles/calf exercises seriously lately and can feel a slight ache in the left one so today became a rest day instead of some intervals.
