Hike to Moran's Falls for lunch, and back. More child carrying, but far less than yesterday, and more running, thanks to various games, such as 'cars' and 'trains'.

Hike from O'Reilly's around the Box Forest Loop. Training contribution comes from carrying a 19kg child in a backup for several sections while trying to make up time from said child's prior dawdling. Glutes and quads pretty sore already from squats two days ago, this isn't going to help.
