Note
(sick)

Was planning to run the Collins Ck badge event but I think I would have fallen over after ten minutes.

Running long 1:20:00 [3] 13.5 km (5:56 / km) +430m 5:07 / km
(sick) shoes: Asics DS Trainer 13

Long run with Rachel, Anna, and Katelyn. What a struggle! My back was really tight and causing all sorts of pain when I stepped, breathed. At the time I put it down to a week of slumping at my desk without much of a break but later in the evening realised that the main reason was that I had a virus and ended up going to bed at 8pm and had an awful night's sleep.

First half of a 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1 session plus a minute and a bit on a loop on Coot-tha. Stomach felt pretty ordinary after the first three and then part way through number 4 I felt like I was going to spew, not the usual just pushed hard to the end spew feeling but the I couldn't resist some coffee and almond ice-cream 1/2 an hour ago type of spew feeling. I tried to get started after a break but 10s in my stomach was churning. Jogged home and even that was a struggle with a nasty stitch forming.

Running warm up/down 29:00 [2] 5.0 km (5:48 / km) +163m 4:59 / km

Recovery run around the block. Felt pretty good actually but I could certainly feel the fatigue in my quads when I hit the hill up Herston Rd. I had a nice stretch afterwards. Time is a guess.
