A quick morning run from a friend's place around Elmslea Estate at Bungendore. Not much to see but a few nice little paths around the place. A bit tired from the single track and ascent of Mt Stromlo yesterday.

Easy run around single tracks at Stromlo. The last week's rain has created a heap of work for the trail maintainers - lots of big ruts and washed out bits. Love running on singletrack and had fun hopping puddles too.

Morning run about the 'burbs and into Coot-tha. Felt really sluggish to begin with but loosened up a bit later on; weary from the riding yesterday too, I think. The lower leg tennis ball work has really helped my left achilles, which is often a little achey. Feet not bad either but could feel them in the latter half - I iced them after.

My first street-O event. Got lucky and picked a good route choice. Kept a good solid pace without killing myself. I could feel my right foot but it didn't get worse or slow me down. Fun little event.

First full day of a week's bachelorhood started with a sleep-in until 7am, a fairly lazy breakfast and then a ride to work. Legs feeling happy today after a few evening tennis-ball and roller sessions.

Home. Felt a bit hungry and weary. Need to ride more.
