State event at Bluestone Creek South. Very ordinary run but that's to be expected after having a big, rich breakfast out beforehand and really not being in the mood to run hard or concentrate. Took a super wimpy out wide route to the first and buggered it at the end for 1 min or 2, another 1 min error at 3 and then big mistakes at 5 and 8. Add an unscripted toilet break and I was easily down 12min if not more. I still don't have a new battery for my polar and there was no SI so I have no idea of splits.

Run with dad from home to lookout on Coot-tha and back in the evening. The warm evening light made it a really nice run but there were hundreds of people up top getting ready for the fireworks. Slow steady pace, never really felt out of breath. Sore hip flexors didn't bother me as they have often on hilly runs recently so I guess I've done some good stretching or I'm getting some form back.

Sprint intervals with Anna, Rachel, Olly and Kieran at Garden's Point. Didn't feel too bad actually for the first intervals in months which was pleasing. A little off the pace but didn't drop off toward the end which was also pleasing.
