Glutes and stretching. I'm finding that I'm getting fatigued at the end of the week from this daily regimen. Hopefully that means I'm getting some benefit and I'll notice the improvement in my running soon.

Glutes and calves/achilles. Left achilles quite sore at the moment, even the easy runs are exacerbating it.

Easy run round about, first 15min with Ewan in the stroller. My right knee is still hurting and starting after only a few minutes. Should ice it after I guess.

Rotators day. I'm amazed at how much harder these exercises are after even a short easy run.
