Easy ski with Megan, Luca and Lelia at Canmore Nordic Centre (Megan and Lelia are very slow!). Starting to get a better feel for classic technique, also tried some skating but I was pretty awful.

20 × 30s intervals with equal floats on the trainer at work.

On the exercise bike at work during lunch. No time for a longer session today. Did a random program which was pretty weak. It only jacked up the resistance twice and the rest of the time was just cruising. Followed with 10min stretching.

shoes: Adidas Supernova Control

A jog at the 200m indoor track at UoC. Had problems with a stitch (hence the walking), shin splint ached a bit at start and just felt ordinary. Followed up with a good stretch.
