Running long 1:00:00 [3] 11.6 km (5:10 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel 2100

Was meant to be long run on the Toronto Is. but there were many interruptions and with each interruption my legs felt heavier and me less inclined to do the run. Longest nonstop run was 7km on the islands and even that was interrupted by stretching

Strength & Conditioning 40:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel 2100

More legs: press, extensions, curls, calf raises.

Note

Tried to go a NAOC training session being run by GHO but either my lift never turned up at the agreed location or he didn't give me much leeway (I was 5-10min late). Either way, I'm very disappointed because it was such a fantastic opportunity to run in this terrain prior to NAOC.

Strength & Conditioning 40:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel 2100

Mainly leg work (extensions, curls, press) plus a couple of exercises on the ball. Legs were very fatigued afterwards.

Running 39:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:34 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel 2100

Run from the Sheraton in TO north around the university and back. Kept a pretty good pace but had to stop for traffic a lot (+5min maybe), so it was a bit like running intervals.

Note

Walked around Toronto for about 5 hours. Saw Mena Suvari being hounded by the paparazzi. Really better do some running tomorrow ...
