Knee still not feeling right, so rested again today -- did some 'internet training' trying to figure out what might be wrong. Think I'll visit a physio ...

Running 30:00 [1]

Really easy jog and stretch, checking out my knee/leg. Held up OK, but not 100%. Stretching muscles down outside of leg seems to help.

Note

Was planning to go orienteering this evening, but have a sore leg (around the knobbly bit of bone at the top outside of my left calf) after my long run on Sunday.

It's the same problem I had few months ago after a few long runs. Running or riding while it's sore just aggravates it further, so I'm giving it a rest.

Cycling 30:00 [2]

Easy spinning session on the exercise bike at lunch. Main goal was to loosen up my legs after Sunday's long run and have a good stretch.

Strength & Conditioning 1:00:00 [4]

Leg weights plus some balancing exercises on a crazy half inflated disc and ITB releases (ouch).
