Short gym session before a work lunch. Quads feeling tired today. Calf raise machine was taken when I needed it so instead tried to MacGyver it with a dumbell on my knee but it didn't really work.
Back squat 3 x 5 @ 50kg
Pull-ups 3 x 5
Deadlift 3 x 5 @ 50kg, 60kg, 60kg
Low-row 3 x 8 @ 33kg
Seated calf raise 2 x 8 @ 30kg.
