Today I realized how drained my body is. Both physically and mentally. I wanted to go mountain biking because it was a beautiful day but fell asleep after school.

I'm going to have to work hard not to do anything, but my body needs this break. It's odd to think that my stress reliever - sports is what I need to take off in order to relax and have less stress.

I'll thank myself in two weeks though
