GLOF Long.

One control with a 4 minute mistake, but the rest was pretty good. I start to get really hesitant on long legs though. Really started to get tired out towards the end.

Orienteering race 30:00 [2]

GLOF Sprint. I lost my sport ident at the 5th control (which I thought was the 4th), so I spent some time looking for it then had to go back to 4. Just generally not good... it was so confusing having to unfold my map everytime to punch and then it wouldn't be oriented when I was leaving the control. Plus some of the controls didn't have a back up punch so I couldn't technically finish. I'll have to work on not getting to rattled if something like this happens again.

Orienteering race 49:01 [4]

GLOF Middle.

Pretty good race, one fairly stupid mistake on control 7 and then some issues not having my head up when I was in the control circle. Think it's time for some hill training!

(Think I need to work on getting back a little quicker, was suppose to be 1 minute recovery)

Approximately 200m (I ran for 30 seconds then repeated that distance) on the trail behind the school (the soccer field was busy again)...

Was going to do intervals today but I forgot the soccer field was booked almost all day.Guess that's tomorrow's plan. Went for a nice run with Maymie in the woods instead. :)
