Long Distance race. Started fine - but things fell apart about a third of the way through. Actually finished off a bit stronger, but all in all a day I'd prefer to forget.

Lunchtime jog with Pippa, then went to get a massage. New massage girl seem OK, until she missed my peroneal muscle and dug her elbow straight into my bone for a while ... it's a bit sore there now.

Hills were transported to Farrer this week, on a special hill selected by G. Long hill, with steadily increasing gradient. Ran solidly but didn't kill myself. Also didn't tear any calves.
