Powder mills line-0. Several required controls that needed to be done in order mixed in with 3 boxes of 4 optional controls. The required controls were the white course and the optional were mabe orange. Most of the race was follow the leader and the last 1/3 was a lot of keying off others. The weather was nice and most areas were not as muddy as the rain last night implied.

The canal path with Stina. A rare suuny and warm day. We did the canal path so we could make the orienteering meeting/meet later in the day. A lot of the leaves are starting to break down so the dreaded down hill was a bit more tricky skiing up due to leaf slime. It's also a lot less steep in daylight. The best part was the bald eagle in a tree near the barge parking lot on the way out and then soaring near by on the return.
A ride around Cuba lake with George. About 32 deg and no wind, really pretty flat. Rode the 27.5 bike. Mittens, yellow PI shirt, fleech, PI red jacket, nashbar tight with Hind windfront tights and boot covers.
The 3rd day in a row riding the wind trainer and messing around with some weights. 35 minutes bike, 15 weights. Both activities feel much better than the first day.
A hour raking leaves, then 35 minutes on the wind trainer then 15 minutes do some light weights. It reminded me I'm not overly fond of any of these activities. But some time you have to do what you have to do.
