Lunchtime run up the Maitai with the normals. Trying to keep the pace slow. Super hot. Lots of bikini clad persons swimming in the river.

MTB up Fringe then down Trevor's Track (new for me). Back around the Maitai. Legs feeling a bit shot to begin, but better as I got on. Hard work up Fringe as usual. Saw 2 x deer and 1 x wild pig.
