Great day for Metroleague and was keen to blow off the cobwebs. Nav was very simple, however famous last words with 12 as lost 5 minutes. I thought I took the right path up to boulder but ended up to the east of it. Ewan caught me but I still was happy to put in a reasonable effort.

Felt it more in the Long set as I probably went a little harder in first set. Was happy to maintain a consistent pace through each set.

Quad felt stiff at the end but that is just a result of an increase in workload. Nothing to worry about but will just monitor as a precautionary measure.

Early morning run as I couldn't sleep. Happy with the performance despite drinking too many XXXX Gold's (limited choice on the farm) over the long weekend.
