Mercer Island Half Marathon

Goal was to run 7 min/mile pace. Started at 6:10 and slowly withered away, keeping it strong up to mile 6, then collapsed.

Talk about pacing....
Looking at the day positively, running at 6:20 - 6:30 min/mile felt comfortable at least for half an hour :)

And I'll get to do 3 of those half an hour races next weekend. Pig, here I come !!!

Must have pressed the stop button accidentally around mine 7, so mile 7 time is not there.
