Did a jog/walk on ED today, I'm not sure what we were doing for practice, but I got in trouble so I had to run for ED.

Did an outrageous amount of push ups, did the stretches we normally do, and then we devoted the rest of the night to takedowns. Jammed my pinky pretty bad on my first fall, then I remembered how we were supposed to fall from the week before, and fell right from then on. My partner was pretty brutal with his stuns, so I took some firm punches to the stomach.
