Long Red Course. Very technical but was good. I beat two guys that are very good and they usually beat me.

Helped pick up the control points after the races were finish.

Picked up the points afterwords.

Orienteering 20:00 [5] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

Did a sprint-o. That Glenn set up. Had about 19 points. It was fun! it was the first time I tried orienteering in a urban landscape. I was having a bit of a knee problem at the end but it was find.
4 PM

Running 17:00 [4] 2.0 mi (8:30 / mi)

Nice and easy cool down run, you can say.
Did some sprints after words with the track team.
800m - 2:48
2x 400m - 1:23, 1:21
2x 200m - 38, 36
My knee was reeling acting up so I it got checked. They did some stuff and I feel a lot better and said I should be good to go.

Arm-Chair Training. Finding a route and a strong attack point on maps. As well as looking at the control card and being quizzed on what each symbol means.

Strength 45:00 [3]

AFJROTC Drill Pratice. Spinning and marching with 9lb rifles.
Also putting in sit-ups, pull ups, and push ups.
8 PM

Running 20:00 [3] 2.25 mi (8:53 / mi)

Ran on the treadmill. My knee started to hurt so I'm going to ice it and stretch it out.
