lunchtime run. what an average day! Might as well live in Tasmania the weather we've been getting recently.
Did 15-20 run thrus just to change the pace up a bit. Legs feel good after relatively easy few days but I can see the weekend being a struggle.

ints 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 with 1-3mins recovery. Took a while to get into it but felt good the second half. drizzly old evening but at least it was flat on the lake...unlike Sunday when we had white caps

Strength & Conditioning 45:00 [3]

beth was kind enough to pick me up after paddling (and hot shower at the sheds....woot!) to go to body balance. Really enjoying this class at the moment. Nice combo of flexibility, strength and relaxation stuff and leave feeling very recharged. Plus you get almost 10mins sleep at the end to catch up on some zzzzzzs...

pyramid blackies - in a harder gear each time. Good strength session. Only abided by this up to the middle carpark (on the right going up) where it flattens out, then did whatever. 13.04 (getting going), 12.15, 11.20, 12.45 (took it a bit easier on this). Found out that I'm the only person who times to the top! A mate reckons everyone stops timing after the little right hander where the sign is. Come to think of it there is a KOM line there so fair perhaps. Gotta be at least a minute extra I'm doing :)

Rolled round west basin on way to work.
