beth was kind enough to pick me up after paddling (and hot shower at the sheds....woot!) to go to body balance. Really enjoying this class at the moment. Nice combo of flexibility, strength and relaxation stuff and leave feeling very recharged. Plus you get almost 10mins sleep at the end to catch up on some zzzzzzs...
