Tumut 3hr MTB. Awesome tracks. Easily some of the best fun riding i've done. Pretty cbf'ed though. Did 3 x 25mins laps then stopped for a coffee but the van had already left (shock horror!) so was forced to head out for another ride. Did 2 more laps (26, 27 mins ish) then called it a day. Tried to keep the intensity pretty high when I was riding to make up for my laziness.

Body feeling not too bad after yesterday.

Body Attack @ CISAC with Beth. Mich and Heather were there too which provided some friendly faces. Felt a bit unco but good clean fun.

Took a couple of days to get a weekend ride in but was a solid one when it finally happened.
Home - SFP- Uriarra X-Cotter-Tidbinbilla-Corin Gap- Point Hut - Kambah.
Rode with Beth's sis Belinda who is in town for the week and training for an ironman in Cairns coming up soon. She rides well and basically just felt like riding with Beth!

Bit of a shit morning unfortunately after a few cracking days. Schmeh...

No training all weekend cos of support crew duties. Felt average as after eating lots of crap and not getting any sleep Sat night but after a quiet day was feeling almost back to normal.
