Early ride in the rain before B+Z leave for the day. S unexpectedly (not unexpectedly) was sent home from daycare at 10am yesterday because he was "out of sorts" - IE, he was exhausted from not sleeping on a weekend camping trip. School policy dictates that he's home today, too.

Riding to/from Jim D's house to practice bike rappel. Ride there was into the wind with a heavy and ill-packed hyperlite, filled with OR gear going to Nicki. Ride home was gloriously light. Didn't intend to keep the watch going for the actual rappel practice, but I forgot to stop it.
