Another run with broots. Taking advantage of my sister’s last weekend before having to go back to the office after a month of working remotely. The kids - and we - will miss her.

Rainy and humid, but cooler. Pace reflected it, other than walking a couple hills. Ankle sleeve is a good stabilizer.

Just testing out my ankle. Started on the treadmill, and that felt pretty crummy. Headed outside after 1/3 of a mile - ankle much better there, though the combo of humidity and rain was something to behold.
