Hike/run on Wiss single track. I don't think I can do long (any?) runs in the park anymore... Crossed paths with more than 20 people in the first hour. The frequency just increased from there. I was bushwhacking to avoid the crowding, people were turning their backs on each other, there were discarded masks and other trash littering the trail. It was just a mess, and I was stressed and sad the whole time. I cut the run an hour short and headed home.

No zoom meetings scheduled in our house this morning, so we took advantage of it to get outside. Z's first time on the Blue Bell Hill trails, then down FD to the inn and up out of the park. One small meltdown about 2/3 up Valley Green Ave, but otherwise fun despite rain and wind.

First solo ride with both kids. S on the back, Z leading the charge. Z and I both started off grumpy after a very full morning of staring at screens (gotta love online kindergarten...and online college... and online meetings... and meetings... and meetings...), but we felt better once we were outside. Even an unfound geocache at a boarded up ice cream shop in Roxborough and a few drops of rain didn't dampen our spirits.
