Wiss loop with Val, moderate pack, mostly running. I woke up pretty wiped out this morning and was pleasantly surprised with how I felt once we got moving. Last long run before Itera.

We stopped to fill water at the inn and Val bought a bag of kettle chips. They were pretty marvelous.
