Downtown for a meeting, pack with clothes and work stuff - bulky but not heavy. The first four miles were really messy and slow. Better after Falls Bridge, but not totally clear. Ended with two miles dodging pedestrian traffic. I've never seen so much texting-while-walking.

To the post office on surface roads, Osprey tempest with a few small packages on my back. Sidewalks were inconsistently clear but better than the roads. Thought I'd be able to get in a couple more miles but ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes and had to go straight home after. Slipped right at the end as the slush started to freeze up. Hoping enough will melt over the next 36 hours that I can comfortably run downtown for a meeting on Friday.

Shorter woods loop with the dogs and B, Z on my back. Slip-sliding all over the trails - almost lost the kid a handful of times.

Shoveling the massive piles in the street onto the sidewalk and then to the grass. I love utilitarian strength workouts.
