A friend invited me to try a free flywheel class this morning. Basically HIIT on the bike, in a dark room with loud music. I kind of hated it, but it was a good workout. Power was 239 - recording as a basis for comparison in case I ever go back.

Bookended a trip to the Please Touch Museum with tag-teamed workouts. B went for a ride before the museum while I drove there, then he and Z drove home while I ran there. Pace was a fair bit faster than this - had to walk a chunk of mile 6 to settle some stomach issues.
